gop_fixup -- fixes GOP timestamps

To compile on Linux systems, type:

$ make

Compiling on other systems is left as an exercise for the user...

Use like this:

$ gop_fixup movie.mp2

gop_fixup modifies the GOP timestamps 'in place'.  If you want to keep the original file, use must copy it before using this tool.
